Terms and Conditions

1. This is purely a jewellery purchase plan. NO REFUND of money is allowed under any circumstances under the same.

2. The jewellery Purchase Plan is unique and will not be linked to any other existing or future plans/offers.

3. The monthly advance against the purchase of jewellery agreed to by the customer must be paid continuously for 11 months without fail to avail No Wastage benefit as per the jewellery Purchase Plan. Every month, one month’s payment has to be paid without fail (i.e., 1st to 30th) The monthly payment can be paid in advance. The money paid as advance for the purchase of jewellery under this shall not bear any interest.

4. The jewellery purchase plan is not transferable to anyone under any circumstances.

5. At the time of joining the jewellery Purchase Plan, the member may appoint a NOMINEE by furnishing KYC of both self and nominee.

6. If Customers fail to pay the advance monthly payment for more than two continuous months, the jewellery purchase plan will be discontinued without intimation.

7. PDCs if any issued, shall be deposited on the same date of cheque issues.

8. Advance against the purchase of jewellery plan can be made through Cash, Credit / Debit Card, or Online and in respect of local cheques it shall be drawn in favour of “R.R. GOLD PALACE Pvt. Ltd.”. In case of dishonour of cheques, actual bank charges (Rs.200 to Rs.500 as the case may be) shall be borne by the Customers. Customers should ensure to collect receipts while making payments directly at the showroom

9. On completion of 11 months, the customer can purchase gold jewellery for the accumulated amount. However, the period shall not exceed 365 days from the date of enrolment.

10. In case the customer wishes to purchase over and above the accumulated amount, the wastage (VA) as applicable will be borne by the customer on the excess amount.

11. On completion of eleven months from the date of enrolment, the customers will be eligible to purchase the gold jewellery with no wastage (VA) limited to the accumulated amount. However, if the customer wishes to purchase Diamond jewellery, Platinum Jewellery, Silver articles or silver jewellery. The customer will be eligible for a discount equivalent to the selected category of the jewellery purchase plan.

12. The customer who chooses to discontinue will not be eligible for any benefit/discount on the accumulated amount and can only redeem the accumulated amount by paying 100% wastage (VA)/ Making charges as applicable.

13. The Customer has to bring the membership card every month while making payments. The original membership card has to be surrendered at the time of taking delivery of the jewellery. The person, who has signed the application form, should sign on the invoice and the membership card at the time of purchase / taking delivery of jewellery.

14. In case of a change in address or loss of membership card, the Company should be kept informed without any loss of time. The member has to apply in writing for the issue of a duplicate membership card enclosing KYC requirements.

15. The applicable GST has to be fully borne by the customer. In case of an increase in taxes or introduction of new levies/taxes, the same shall also be fully borne by the customer at the time of purchase/taking delivery of jewellery.

16. The advance against the purchase of jewellery can be paid in any of the RR Gold Palace showrooms and the customer can take delivery of selected jewellery at any of the RR Gold Palace Showrooms.

17. Partial redemption is not allowed. The Balance amount, if any, will not be refunded in cash and can only be adjusted on the purchase of Gold or Silver Jewellery.

18. The customer will be eligible for No wastage (VA) on purchase only after they have paid all the advance payments continuously. The customers will not be able to continue in the event of default in the monthly advance payment. Hence it is required that a customer pays the advance payment continuously without fail.

19. The company reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part or whole of the privileges of the jewellery Purchase Plan without prior notice or suspend the same at any time. In such an event, money will not be refunded or the member shall purchase any item at the showroom equal to the accumulated amount.

20. The company at its sole discretion can alter, amend, modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions from time to time.

21. Online / Cheque payment can be accounted for upon the actual day of payment receipts from the customer’s account. RR gold Palace will not be responsible for any technical delays in receiving payment through Online / Cheques

22. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore.
